Victory Laps Rentals Rental Policy Thank you for choosing Victory Laps Rentals for your vehicle rental needs. Please carefully review the following policies before making a reservation: Age, License, and Insurance Requirements: 1. All renters must be at least 25 years of age at the time of rental. 2. Renters must possess a valid driver's license issued by their country of residence. 3. Renters are required to have an active vehicle insurance policy to insure the rental for any accidents or damages. 4. No booking will be confirmed without valid license and insurance information and refunds will not be issued if absent. Reservation and Cancellation Policy: 1. To reserve a vehicle, a valid credit card and government-issued identification are required. 2. Full payment for the rental period is due at the time of vehicle pickup. 3. Cancellations made after the reservation is confirmed will result in a maximum refund of 50% of the total rental cost, regardless of the reason for cancellation. 4. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. 5. All vehicles have a refundable security deposit Vehicle Delivery: 1. We offer vehicle delivery to the address provided by the renter at the time of reservation. Delivery charges may apply based on the location and distance. Vehicle Pickup and Return: 1. Renters must present a valid driver's license and credit card at the time of vehicle pickup. 2. The vehicle must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges. 3. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was rented, with a full tank of fuel. Insurance and Liability: 1. Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period and are liable for any associated costs. 2. The renter's insurance policy will be the primary coverage in the event of an accident or damage to the rental vehicle. Additional Drivers: 1. Additional drivers must meet the same age, license, and insurance requirements as the primary renter. 2. An additional fee may apply for each additional driver. Prohibited Uses: 1. The vehicle may not be used for any illegal purposes or activities. 2. Smoking and the transportation of pets are strictly prohibited in rental vehicles.
